Job Summary

The Field Operations Administrator leads, coordinates, and supports the Field Operations team that operate and maintain the water system to efficiently provide safe and reliable service to our customers. Based at the Charlotte, NC office, this role handles procurement, vendor coordination, inventory management, document control, and ERP transactions (SAP-MM/SM/DM/CRM), coordinates contractors for field projects (e.g., paving, concrete replacement, landscaping), manages office and field supplies, maintains safety and compliance documentation, and contributes to monthly operating reports. Strong emphasis on administrative support, data entry, Excel/PowerPoint skills, and effective communication with internal teams and vendors. Also supports travel arrangements, permits, and general process improvement within Field Operations, ensuring quality assurance and timely completion of tasks.
