Job Summary
Field Office Manager on-site for a construction project in Childress, TX. Manages on-site administrative and office functions, coordinates with the Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and subcontractors to ensure project efficiency, organization, and communication. Responsibilities include security badging (background checks, badge issuance, database maintenance), processing monthly subcontract billings and material invoices, tracking drug testing and safety orientation, maintaining files and forms, typing daily diaries and meeting minutes, managing site server correspondence, office supplies, and submitting hourly payroll to Craft Payroll. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of accounting/office management experience in construction or related fields. Proficiency with Windows and Office 365; knowledge of JDE A9.1, Procore/Prolog, and LCP Tracker is preferred. Strong teamwork, time management, multitasking, and written/spoken communication skills are essential. On-site role with a salary range of $50,000-$75,000 plus per diem & incentives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of Accounting or Payroll, or similar experience preferred
- At least one (1) year of accounting and office management experience in the construction, engineering or architectural (or related) field required
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Teams)
- Working knowledge in JDE version A9.1
- Working knowledge in Procore or Prolog preferred
- Working knowledge of LCP Tracker preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a large professional setting
- Must be a strong team player
- Ability to plan and organize work
