Field Nurse Supervisor (Fees for Service)

Demonstrate extensive knowledge of nursing practice and exhibit strong communication skills to articulate complex medical concepts to students and caregivers. Provide constructive feedback to facilitate learning, troubleshoot with family and clinicians to ensure safe patient care, and build supportive relationships with field staff. Perform supervision for nurses and HHAs on independent cases while engaging closely with the coordination team to support training placements. Communicate effectively with the home care team, private duty shift nurses, families, and physicians to ensure comprehensive care. This role requires a valid New York RN license, three years of supervisory experience, and preferred BSN with clinical instruction background. Located in Westchester County, the position offers weekly fees for service compensation.
