Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing according to the physician-prescribed plan of care, administer medications and treatments, and maintain compliance through real-time charting. Maintain professional relationships with patients and families while assisting clinical leadership during in-home assessments and care coordination. Work with a 1:1 patient/nurse ratio in regular 8-12-hour shifts, with flexible part-time, full-time, or PRN options. You must hold a current Texas nursing license (RN or LVN) and CPR certification. Pediatric experience is preferred, though substantial paid training ensures proficiency prior to assignment.
