Field Nurse LVN/RN

Provide skilled nursing according to the physician-prescribed plan of care, administer medications and treatments, and maintain compliance through real-time charting. Maintain professional relationships with patients and families while assisting clinical leadership during in-home assessments and care coordination. Work with a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio across all levels of care, with the option to select your own schedule among full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Regular shifts range from 8 to 12 hours. Current Texas nursing license (LVN or RN) and CPR certification required; pediatric experience preferred but not required, with substantial paid training provided.
