Job Summary
Field Monitor/Caseworker fluent in Chinese Mandarin for the New York MAP: conduct unannounced field visits to observe MAXIMUS presentations, monitor contract compliance, and oversee Community Based Organization activities; ensure beneficiaries are informed of plan options and assisted with enrollment forms, report any violations to MAP Central Office, and support helpline and monthly audits. Requires a Bachelor's degree; based in Brooklyn, NY with in-person work hours 9 am–5 pm (flex).
Required Qualifications
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university recognized as per regulatory standards
- Fluency in Chinese Mandarin
- Monitors for MAXIMUS and Medicaid CHOICE program requirements
- Ability to conduct unannounced field visits four days a week and observe presentations
- Ability to monitor Community Based Organization activity and provide feedback
- Knowledge of Medicaid enrollment processes and beneficiary rights
