Job Summary
Conduct field-level candidate mobilization by visiting ITIs, colleges, hospitals, and industries to generate qualified leads for international career opportunities. Organize awareness programs, seminars, and job fairs while building strong relationships with educational institutions and local organizations. Coordinate with the counseling team for effective lead follow-up and conversion, maintaining records of visits and interactions to achieve assigned targets. Represent Global Talent Square professionally during institutional visits and travel extensively across Warangal and nearby areas as required.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate from a recognized institution
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Mobilization, Outreach, Community Engagement, or related roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned area
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Male candidates preferred
