Job Summary
Conduct field-level candidate mobilization by visiting ITIs, colleges, hospitals, and industries to generate qualified leads for international career opportunities. Deliver awareness programs, seminars, and counseling sessions while building strong relationships with educational institutions and local organizations. Coordinate with the Counseling Team for effective lead follow-up, maintain records of visits and interactions, and achieve assigned mobilization targets. Travel extensively across Nizamabad and nearby areas as required. Male candidates with at least six months of experience in sales, marketing, or outreach are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate from a recognized institution
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Mobilization, Outreach, Community Engagement, or related roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned area
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Male candidates preferred
