Job Summary
Visit ITIs, colleges, hospitals, industries, and training institutes for field-level candidate mobilization and institutional outreach. Conduct awareness programs, seminars, career counseling sessions, and job fairs to generate and maintain qualified leads for international career opportunities. Build strong relationships with educational institutions and local organizations while coordinating with the Counseling Team for effective lead follow-up and conversion. Maintain records of field visits, leads generated, and candidate interactions to achieve assigned targets. Represent Global Talent Square professionally during visits and events, traveling across Kodangal and nearby areas as required.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate from a recognized institution
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Mobilization, Outreach, Community Engagement, or related roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned area
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Male candidates preferred
