Job Summary
Field Mitigation Lead manages the mitigation department including supervising technicians, coordinator, fleet, warehouse and all emergency services work with the assistance of an Assistant Supervisor and Coordinator, managing the projects and overseeing estimating. Responsibilities include supervising technicians and departments, developing and maintaining department budget, approving or estimating all mitigation division jobs, and developing and maintaining customer relations and negotiations with all stakeholders involved with the projects.
Required Qualifications
- IICRC Certifications
- Proficient with Xactimate, MICA and Alacrity
- Proficient with all Microsoft products
- Insurance Program account management experience
- Knowledge and use of all equipment and solution usage
- Excellent Customer Service/Communication skills
