Job Summary
Merchandise all Kasper Group brands throughout size zones following execution guides while partnering with stores to ensure sale sets and markdown execution. Build relationships with store teams to drive sales by brand and store, then complete weekly Store Visit Recaps to communicate floor moves, best sellers, slow sellers, stock, and sizing opportunities. This store-focused position requires traveling to Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley retail locations, working independently with excellent time management skills, and holding a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Interpersonal interactions such as coaching, negotiating, selling, and making group presentations
- Ability to perform verbal and written communications face to face and in-group settings
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, excel and word applications
- Retail Math knowledge
- Must be able to travel to stores
