Field Medical Manger (Autoimmune Diseases)

Manage medical and scientific relationships with the healthcare and scientific community while supporting the development of medical knowledge and care standards. Lead substantive medical and clinical discussions, providing expert scientific support for assigned products and therapeutic areas. Analyze market needs, behaviors, and trends to support local strategies and decision-making processes. Deliver medical knowledge and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Market Access, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance. Identify and map key stakeholders, developing and executing strategic plans for client engagement through educational activities and medical communication. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders, medical experts, and scientific societies. Expand and maintain expert knowledge in assigned products and therapeutic areas through conference participation, congress attendance, and regular literature analysis. Develop and lead high-quality training, educational materials, and development programs for internal and external stakeholders. Build effective collaboration with key organizational functions at local, regional, and global levels. Conduct medical training for sales teams and other departments while ensuring appropriate product and medical knowledge levels. Identify and assess compliance risks in the area of responsibility, plan and implement actions to minimize risks, monitor the effectiveness of internal controls, and support during audits and inspections. Ensure compliance of actions with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations regarding healthcare. Work remotely one day per week with four days of on-site travel across Poland, reporting to a Field Medical Manager role in Warsaw.
