Field Medical Assistant

Travel to assisted living facilities across the Colorado Springs area to conduct patient assessments, partner with providers during visits and procedures, and support care plan development. Track patient progress, educate families, assist with diagnostic evaluations, and manage supplies and documentation to keep care running smoothly. This role involves building lasting relationships with seniors through consistent, hands-on visits while maintaining autonomy in managing your own travel route and schedule. Mileage is reimbursed for travel between sites.
