Job Summary
Field Medical Advisor responsible for building relationships with External Experts and HCPs, delivering medical information about CSL products, organizing educational activities (workshops, seminars) for healthcare professionals, and coordinating investigator-initiated studies. Leads development of External Experts and speaker programs, collaborates with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment, and drives scientific symposia. Requires university degree (physician, pharmacist, or MSc in Biomedical Sciences), 3+ years in pharma/biotech, fluency in Dutch and French, and strong presentation, governance, and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- University degree: Physician, Pharmacist, Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences
- Fluency in Dutch and French
- Prior Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry experience (medical, clinical or specialty products expertise) of at least 3 years
- Strong negotiation, influencing and leadership skills
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external experts
- Demonstrated business planning ability and strong organisational skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of regulations governing information provision/interactions with customers within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong medical governance capabilities
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to work independently & be self-motivating
