Job Summary
Field Mechanic responsible for maintenance, mechanical and supervisory support to field operations in Livingston, CA. Performs repairs to field equipment, trucks and diesel engines, including welding, fabrication, and lathe work to ensure maximum reliability. Participates in root cause analysis for repeat equipment/process failures and plans work procedures or substitutions of parts/materials. Maintains communication with maintenance leadership, harvest supervisors, equipment operators, and drivers; travels to support Field Operations as needed. Requires ability to travel and work away from home; shop-based role with field travel and coordination with operations. Compensation includes an hourly pay rate of $35.13 and benefits; relocation is not offered; sponsorship is not available.

- At least five years of experience as a Field Mechanic.
