Job Summary
Field Mechanic role servicing agricultural equipment at customer sites; diagnose and repair malfunctions; repair, replace or rebuild engines, transmissions, carburetors, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components including pump motors, valves, and all related components, electrical systems, and air systems. Welding and fabrication work will also be required. Travel in a fully loaded Pape’ service vehicle to perform top-notch work and interact with customers, ensuring uptime. Requires 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing agriculture equipment, experience repairing John Deere equipment, basic computer knowledge, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical, and owning your own tools. Compensation: $31.03-46.54/hr depending on experience. Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing Agriculture equipment
- Must have experience repairing John Deere equipment
