Job Summary
Diagnose and repair agriculture equipment at customer locations, focusing on engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components. Perform welding and fabrication work while troubleshooting malfunctions to ensure peak operational uptime. Travel in a fully loaded service vehicle to interact with customers and complete accurate, timely repairs. Requires 3+ years of heavy equipment experience, a driver's license (CDL preferred), and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work under little or no supervision
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Driver's license with a good driving record
- Must provide own tools
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
