Job Summary
Partner with branch managers to identify agents needing strategic marketing support and conduct one-on-one sessions to build personal strategies for content, brand, and positioning. Run digital scorecard reviews to create action plans and help agents develop organic social media strategies including paid campaigns, Reels, and testimonial promotion. Support office-level initiatives like awards recognition, agent spotlights, and community events while managing monthly workshops on social media, AI tools, and lead generation. Present personalized recruiting presentations for VIP agents and assist with candidate outreach. Stay current on Fair Housing language, MLS rules, and brand identity standards while communicating regularly with leadership on regional priorities. Travel weekly to assigned offices in the region for in-person engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in marketing, a creative agency, or communications
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of paid social campaign basics
- Strong presentation, writing, and public speaking skills
- A track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- In-office 5 days/week
- regular weekly travel to assigned offices in the region
