Job Summary
Execute in-person referral outreach and categorize practices based on volume, submitting quarterly analysis. Collaborate with practices to develop annual marketing plans, conduct monthly meetings, and send weekly email updates. Monitor marketing expenses against budget constraints, ensuring accurate submissions to finance while tracking monthly performance indicators. Assist in digital strategy development, including social media management and website co-management. Submit analysis quarterly and optimize tactics for growth. Maintain regular touchpoints with practice leaders and attend monthly partner meetings.
Required Qualifications
- In-person marketing and relationship management experience
- Ability to travel locally and domestically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Strong project management, event planning, and client stakeholder management skills
- Budget management and P&L experience
- Advanced skills with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills
- Experience in a corporate environment with complex business processes
- Strategic thinking with strong tactical and organizational execution
- 3 years of experience in referral-based marketing required (healthcare preferred)
- Must be able to meet the travel requirements
- Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to reach overhead as needed
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds as needed
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to maintain attention to detail for extended periods
- Must be able to operate standard office equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if required
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
