Lead executor for the brand’s physical presence, translating marketing goals into high-impact live experiences. Responsible for managing the event process from vendor and venue proposals to on-site logistics, ensuring compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations. Responsibilities include event planning and execution across client visits, appreciation events, and the flagship Rently Summit; trade show logistics for in-booth catering and entertainment; inventory and swag management; vendor and venue procurement; staff preparation and briefing; on-site management and real-time vendor relations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional event planning experience, specifically within corporate events and trade shows.
