Job Summary
Field Marketing Specialist to support Coldwell Banker Realty’s agents across the Carolinas (Charlotte area). Partner with agents and branch leadership to translate complex marketing tools, platforms, and AI-driven capabilities into simple, actionable strategies; lead group sessions and one-on-one consultations; drive localized marketing strategies; build and present marketing workshops in-office and online; ensure compliance with Fair Housing and MLS/REALTOR identity standards; manage multiple projects with strong communication and audience-facing presentation skills; travel as needed within the Charlotte region to support field marketing efforts and events.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and explain new technology platforms and tools
- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital content
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
