Job Summary
Field Marketing & Sign Placement Specialist to deploy branded signage (yard signs) and distribute door hangers across designated Middle Tennessee neighborhoods. Responsibilities include following mapped routes, logging placements in a tracking app, and representing a fast-growing local brand with professional conduct. Flexible, performance-based pay with 8–15 hours per week; no mandatory shifts. Requires independent work, reliable transportation, ability to drive throughout Clarksville, West Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin, and completion of a background check.
Required Qualifications

- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass background check
- Smartphone capable of running tracking app
- Comfortable driving different routes throughout Middle Tennessee
- Comfortable working independently outdoors
