Job Summary
Design and execute a premium portfolio of high-touch B2B events, including exclusive VIP dinners and bespoke experiential programs, while managing vendor negotiations, budget oversight, and complex timelines. Serve as the onsite lead for flawless logistics and orchestrate seamless interactions with C-suite executives and internal leadership. Partner with Sales and Marketing to map target accounts to tailored programs, synthesize performance data into executive briefings, and drive post-event outreach to capitalize on momentum. Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Product teams to ensure brand alignment and integrate ecosystem partners to maximize event value. This hybrid role requires up to 30% travel within North America and prioritizes candidates based in the Tysons vicinity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success managing sophisticated B2B experiential marketing, high-touch VIP programs, or executive events within the technology or professional services sectors
- Demonstrated end-to-end project management expertise
- Ability to negotiate high-value vendor contracts
- Maintain absolute fiscal discipline
- Proven track record of confidently interacting with internal and external C-suite and senior-level stakeholders including in-person, written and oral
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce (or similar enterprise CRMs)
- Ability to travel within North America (up to 30%)
- Command live, fast-paced event environments for extended periods
- Candidates based in the Tysons vicinity
- Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite
