Job Summary
Field Marketing Representative to build community relationships, promote bakery offerings through in-person outreach and events, and manage brand storytelling across social media. Responsibilities include attending community events, coordinating fundraisers, acting as a positive brand ambassador for Nothing Bundt Cakes, creating and posting content on social platforms, capturing photos/videos at in-bakery and events, ensuring content aligns with brand standards, and designing marketing materials with Canva and Word. Requires travel within the local area, strong communications, and ability to work a flexible schedule ~25–30 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand awareness
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office tools, and Brandfolder
- Comfortable managing and posting on social media platforms
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to travel locally (gas reimbursement provided)
- Experience in community outreach and event coordination
- Content creation for social media and marketing materials
- Ability to design marketing materials using Canva/Microsoft Word
