Job Summary
Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligning with corporate strategy and regional objectives. Partner with product marketing, field sales, and regional leaders to shape go-to-market messaging and content plans. Use marketing automation and CRM tools to segment audiences and deploy personalized communications, while tracking KPIs for campaign performance and pipeline contribution. Optimize budget allocation across channels to drive engagement and ROI. Manage outside marketing automation agencies to ensure projects are completed accurately and on-time. Execute local components of geographic and corporate campaigns, including events, digital initiatives, and tradeshows.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses a broad understanding of marketing strategies to drive creative solutions and brand awareness
- Knowledge of planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects, advance existing opportunities and align Marketing investment with targeted campaigns, programs, and initiatives that contribute to pipeline growth, deal acceleration and awareness
- Exercises sound judgment based on an ability to incorporate experience, data, priorities, and stakeholder needs, and evaluate potential constraints to arrive at the most beneficial path forward
- Consistently exhibits the ability to navigate situations with thought, purpose, and sensibility after adequately contemplating various available courses of action, balancing the trade-offs between immediate and long-term needs
- Recognizes that while the effect of a single fix may not always be terribly significant, the accumulative effect over time makes each decision extremely valuable
- Sets expectations and ensures they are either met or exceeded, not because someone requested it but because it will improve or enhance a product and/or avoid problems

- Ability to assemble and interpret data and deliver actionable business insights
- Ability to execute local components of geographic and corporate marketing campaigns including event activity digital campaigns, tradeshows, etc
- Hybrid: Employees within 30 commutable miles of an F5 office are required to work from the office a minimum of 30 business days per quarter
