Field Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Own and execute field and partner marketing programs (regional events, roundtables, dinners, trade shows, webinars) targeting CHROs and staffing executives; partner with Sales/Customer Success for ABM-aligned campaigns; manage end-to-end event logistics; develop co-marketing with RPOs and staffing tech partners; create localized collateral; track KPIs and ROI; manage regional event budgets; be the on-the-ground ambassador at events; gather feedback to improve strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Partner Marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- ability to plan and execute high-impact events that drive measurable pipeline
- experience supporting ABM and enterprise sales cycles in collaboration with Sales teams
- excellent organizational and project management skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- data-driven mindset for tracking ROI
- passion for AI, HR Tech, and the future of work
