Job Summary
Field Marketing Manager responsible for local marketing strategy across a regional portfolio of franchise schools. Build and execute annual plans with Franchise Owners, allocate local marketing investments across digital channels, social media, events, local advertising, PR, referrals, and grassroots outreach, and ensure brand compliance. Deliver campaign toolkits and educational resources; review and approve plans; monitor spend pacing; maintain documentation and compliance. Cultivate strong relationships with Franchise Owners, conduct regular touchpoints and in-market visits, and collaborate with the Franchise Business Consultant to improve school performance. Requires 8+ years of marketing experience in local/field marketing, franchising, or multi-location environments, with strong digital channels (paid search, paid social, local SEO, Google Business Profile, social strategy). Travel up to 30% within the region. Bachelor’s degree required. Full-time role with opportunities including commission/bonuses, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, life insurance, and EAP.
