Job Summary
Field Marketing Manager for a regional portfolio of early education franchise schools. Serve as the primary local marketing partner to Franchise Owners, guiding annual marketing plans, local spend investments, and programs to drive enrollment growth while ensuring brand standards. Responsibilities include consulting on allocation of local marketing investments across digital channels, events, local advertising, PR, referrals, and grassroots outreach; reviewing and approving annual plans; monitoring spend pacing; delivering seasonal toolkits and resources; ensuring brand compliance; maintaining records and compliance; building strong relationships with Franchise Owners; regular touchpoints and in-market visits; collaborating with the Franchise Business Consultant to drive school performance; gathering field feedback and sharing best practices with the marketing team. Requirements include 8+ years of marketing experience (local/field/franchising), strong digital marketing channel knowledge (paid search, paid social, local SEO, Google Business Profile, social media), ability to translate strategy into practical recommendations, excellent communication and organizational skills, and willingness to travel up to 30% within the region. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in local marketing, field marketing, franchising, or a multi-location business environment
- Strong understanding of local digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, local SEO, Google Business Profile, and social media strategy
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and strong working relationships with business owners, operators, or client partners
- Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to translate marketing strategy into clear, practical recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio, multiple priorities, and competing deadlines
- Travel up to 30% within the assigned region for school visits, owner meetings, and local events
