Job Summary
Execute regional and segment-specific marketing programs aligned with Sales priorities, target accounts, and strategic go-to-market initiatives. Activate integrated campaigns through tradeshows, conferences, executive events, roundtables, and roadshows while coordinating post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and pipeline impact. Partner closely with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to translate enterprise strategies into localized experiences that drive revenue growth. Lead event logistics, vendor management, and budget adherence to ensure operational excellence across multiple concurrent programs. Up to 40% travel required for customer engagements and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation
- Proven experience executing marketing programs tied to pipeline and sales outcomes
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to partner effectively with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and coordination skills in fast-paced environments
- Up to 40% travel for customer engagements, industry events, sales meetings, and team collaboration sessions
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare services, enterprise software, or other B2B environments
- Experience supporting tradeshows, executive events, customer programs, and account-focused marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and reporting tools
- Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM), integrated campaign strategies, and modern go-to-market models
- Experience working within matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams
