Job Summary
Build the local face of Red Bull in North-East Italy by creating and implementing marketing initiatives across Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications pillars. Manage the regional budget, logistics, and field expenses while identifying cost-saving opportunities and building strategic partnerships. Source, hire, train, and coach Field Marketing Specialists and Student Marketeers, ensuring team alignment with brand values and regional objectives. Execute innovative ideas leveraging local networks, opinion leaders, and digital trends to drive business development. Coordinate agency relationships for event logistics and ensure digital/social media integration in all field activities. This role requires 5+ years of marketing experience, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to managing regional teams and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years marketing experience preferably in sports/events or culture marketing or on the field
- Strong leadership, planning and project management skills and proven experience in people management
- Proven background in negotiation and management of budgets
- A 'connector' who has excellent communication and networking skills, who can open doors and excite people for an idea
- A continual understanding of consumer trends and insights (digital, trends, University life, moving patterns)
- Strong understanding of youth culture in sports and culture in the region
- A creative marketer with depth in brand understanding, innovation at the heart who puts new ideas into practice fast
- Ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional teams with different objectives and personalities
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities, and the ability to seamlessly blend in with a diverse audience
