Job Summary
Field Marketing Manager for Northern Europe responsible for owning and executing the regional field marketing strategy across the Nordics and Benelux. Drive regional demand and pipeline growth, execute high-impact programs (executive roundtables, events, conferences, webinars, partner activations), localize global campaigns for regional audiences, and leverage ABM and digital marketing to increase engagement and pipeline. Collaborate with Sales, BDRs, Partnerships, SEs, and the broader EMEA Marketing team; build targeted multi-touch campaigns for enterprise accounts; align GTM priorities, provide messaging support to Sales, and expand partner marketing. Travel ~20–25% for events and partner activities. Qualities include 5+ years in regional B2B marketing, strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven approach, and the ability to operate in a fast-growth environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B technology (security, cloud, or developer tools preferred)
- Experience developing and executing regional marketing programs across Nordic and/or Benelux markets
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, SDR/BDR, Partnerships, and cross-functional teams
- Understanding of cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security landscape is desirable
- Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing metrics, attribution, and insights to guide strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Builder mentality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% across the region for events, partner engagement, and team collaboration
