Job Summary
Field Marketing Manager - Non-Alc at Molson Coors drives Fever-Tree integration into spirits partners' retail programs and experiential calendars, leads inbound/outbound engagement with premium spirits partners, identifies and scales co-marketing platforms to drive incremental retail activity and conversion, leads development/renewals of Joint Partnership Agreements with Procurement and Legal, and ensures Fever-Tree is embedded into partners' retail programming to boost distribution, displays, and velocity. The role supports broader business development across key commercial opportunities, including in-venue activations, non-traditional routes to market, and integrated content across brand websites and digital platforms. Requires 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in consumer goods, strong strategic and negotiation skills, relationship management, and the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years sales/marketing experience within a blue chip consumer goods company
- Experience with Non-alc brands, retail/channel, consumer strategies and DSD, DTR, DTC routes to market
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Relationship-building with key stakeholders within assigned territory
