Field Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Execute approved marketing plans for all active and future communities, leading launches, model openings, and seasonal campaigns while maintaining brand standards. Manage community signage programs, overseeing permitting, vendor production, installation, maintenance, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with master developer, HOA, and municipal requirements. Coordinate grand openings, VIP previews, and Realtor events, handling timelines, budgets, vendors, permits, and on-site coordination. Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure communities are fully prepared for customer traffic, audit presentation touchpoints, and provide actionable market intelligence from competitor visits. Track expenditures, reconcile invoices, and recommend process improvements using CRM and project management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive marketing experience
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience writing, editing, and developing marketing communications and collateral, including brochures, presentations, promotional materials, signage, and other branded assets
- Experience coordinating vendors and external partners
- Strong event planning and project management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including strong proofreading and editing capabilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and community priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining approved brand standards across signage, sales centers, model homes, communications, and promotional materials
- Ability to work effectively between the corporate office and field communities
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel frequently to company offices, communities, sales centers, model homes, and events
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on events and business needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, project management software, and marketing technologies
- Ability to lift or move marketing materials, displays, or event supplies weighing up to 40 pounds
