Job Summary
Field Marketing Manager for India & SAARC driving regional demand-generation programs. Own and translate sales, channel, and customer requirements into marketing strategies and timely programs. Lead campaigns across digital marketing, events, webinars, and tradeshows to generate high-quality leads (MQLs) and marketing-sourced pipeline, support new solution launches in India, and deliver measurable ROI. Manage external agencies/partners, ensure on-brand communications, collaborate with country leadership and sales teams, and optimize programs with post-analysis. Strong event planning, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, with travel in-country and internationally as needed. MBA-preferred background and 8-10 years of field marketing experience in tech are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
- 8-10 years field marketing experience in a similar tech company
- Understanding of local market (India)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Events expertise and marketing plan development
- Ability to translate strategy into tactics and execution
- Ability to travel in-country and internationally (as required)
