Job Summary
Field Marketing Manager to develop and own Hypercore’s annual field marketing and events strategy. You will evaluate, prioritize, and select high-impact industry events based on audience, relevance, and ROI; manage the yearly events budget; plan, execute, and oversee all event activities end-to-end from design to logistics to on-site presence and lead follow-up; collaborate with vendors, agencies, and the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency; coordinate all event elements including design, collateral, invitations, travel, and accommodations; organize partner and customer dinners and product workshops; represent Hypercore on-site at key private credit events and conferences; track performance and continuously refine the field marketing strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B tech marketing
- Proven ability to own and execute events end-to-end, driving measurable pipeline and ROI
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
- Creative, with the ability to build memorable brand experiences
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable tracking performance and reporting results
- Experience supporting sales teams and ABM initiatives, and working with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
