Job Summary
The Field Marketing Manager will own and execute the UK field marketing strategy, leading the planning and delivery of both first-party and third-party events, regional activations, and integrated campaigns aimed at driving pipeline, lead generation, and revenue impact across EMEA. The role requires delivering measurable results, managing end-to-end event delivery, and developing scalable marketing processes. A successful candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in field or event marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, proven success with field events, and excellent organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS or professional services.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact field events and activations that drive measurable pipeline and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, with a high bar for execution and detail.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong experience partnering with Sales on territory-based or account-focused marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo (or similar), and event platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience marketing to legal, financial services, consulting, or other high-touch professional audiences is a plus.
