Field Marketing Manager - Grocery & Beauty (EMEA)

Job Summary
Lead regional Grocery and Beauty retail marketing strategy across EMEA, focusing on DACH and Poland. Define and adapt local marketing strategy to support EMEA goals, design and execute ABM programs in close collaboration with sales to engage priority retail accounts, and develop targeted lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, media, website). Organize and coordinate tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and Centric events; develop campaign assets and collateral; analyze results (Tableau, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to optimize performance. Conduct market, database, and competitive analysis; work with freelancers and external agencies; manage budgets and vendor relationships. Travel as needed for events; comfortable working remotely from a home office; language requirements include German (native) and English (fluent). This is a 100% remote position based in EMEA, preferably in Germany, France, or the UK, with occasional travel for regional events and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing targeting with a focus on field marketing
- Proven track record in planning and executing regional marketing programs with ABM targeting enterprise accounts
- Degree in Marketing (Business School or equivalent)
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork
- Willingness to travel for events and activities
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Pardot, Salesforce)
- Fluent German and English
