Job Summary
Own the end-to-end US field marketing plan, aligning investment to pod performance and pipeline targets across NORAM East and West regions. Build and execute regional programs including third-party conferences, owned events, executive dinners, and account-based experiences, while managing logistics, vendors, and on-site execution. Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and localize national campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint drives revenue. Manage the full field marketing budget, negotiate sponsorships, and track ROI to reallocate spend toward high-performing initiatives. Report pipeline and SQL targets by region, maintaining a clear post-event follow-up process with Sales and SDRs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Strategic Partnerships or Channel Management role
- ideally within B2B SaaS, API management, data, or AI-focused tech
- Proven track record of sourcing and signing high-impact regional and global System Integrators (SIs)
- Commercially minded and execution-focused, with a history of hitting revenue or partner-led targets
- Operationally strong, with experience using HubSpot and reporting tools to manage a predictable pipeline
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment with senior stakeholders and technical teams alike
- Experience working across regional borders, specifically navigating the nuances of the North American and Latin American markets
- Comfortable with occasional travel across the Americas for partner face-times and industry events
