Job Summary
Plan and execute regional field marketing programs and campaigns to drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Events teams to align initiatives with target accounts and go-to-market goals. Manage end-to-end delivery of activities including webinars, events, and account-based marketing while overseeing logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination. Track performance metrics such as attendance, leads, and ROI to optimize future plans based on data and sales feedback. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in B2B environments, with a hybrid work model involving 50% onsite time at a Diligent office hub.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign execution, ideally in a B2B environment
- Proven ability to plan and execute regional marketing programs such as events, webinars, account-based activities, and customer engagement initiatives that support pipeline growth
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with experience managing timelines, vendors, budgets, and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience partnering closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Events teams to align programs to target accounts and go-to-market goals
- Comfort using marketing, CRM, and reporting tools to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and program effectiveness
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills, with a proactive, data-driven approach to optimizing results
- Expected to work onsite at least 50% of the time
