Job Summary
Develop territory-level and account-level marketing plans with country sales teams to drive pipeline generation and new bookings. Execute bespoke field events, including roundtables and workshops, to engage high-priority accounts and accelerate deal velocity. Analyze account behavior and intent data to support sales motions, while managing vendor budgets for maximum ROI. Coordinate global campaigns with local ABM efforts and provide sales teams with targeted resources for outbound activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience within the technology sector, preferably in B2B IT
- Extensive marketing experience in B2B, enterprise-level field marketing with international organizations
- Proven success in collaborating with sales teams to execute programs that had a quantifiable impact on pipeline
- Understanding of or interest in the cloud and data center industry in Australia, including market dynamics and regulatory environment
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce), ABM tools (6sense), and Microsoft Excel
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
