Job Summary
Plan and execute field marketing programs across the Eastern United States, managing logistics for client-facing events, conference sponsorships, and joint activations. Collaborate with the Director, National Field Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to align initiatives with revenue goals and ensure proper outreach and follow-up. Develop strategies to strengthen partner relationships, track sponsorship ROI, and present program metrics and recommendations to leadership. Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and internal documentation while optimizing workflows for efficiency. Support national marketing initiatives and oversee digital assets like HubSpot landing pages to maintain brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in the United States
- Must be based in the East region
- Must be able to travel up to 40–50%
- 5+ years in Field, Event, or Partner Marketing
- Proven success managing end-to-end event logistics and regional marketing programs
- Proficiency in Excel (reporting, budgets, attendee tracking) and PowerPoint (presentations and recaps)
- Strong understanding of event logistics, budget tracking, and ROI measurements
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
- Natural collaborative ability, able to work closely with sales and partners
- Willingness to travel up to 40%-50% across the Eastern region
Desired Qualifications
- tech/VAR ecosystem experience
- hands-on experience with HubSpot landing pages, forms, and workflows
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Trello, ChatGPT, and event management platforms
- Leverage tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-driven platforms to support content ideation, messaging refinement, and process efficiency
