Job Summary
Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Central region, including customer events, conferences, and partner engagements. Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals, measure program effectiveness through pipeline influence and ROI, and present performance metrics to leadership. Manage all event logistics, vendor invoices, and marketing budgets while collaborating with Sales, Business Development, and national teams to maximize participation and follow-up. Coordinate co-branded initiatives with technology partners, support HubSpot campaign execution, and leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency. Maintain the Field Marketing calendar, prepare executive dashboards, and identify workflow improvements to scale regional initiatives. Travel approximately 40–50% throughout the Midwest, Great Lakes, and Ohio Valley.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Marketing, or B2B Marketing
- Experience managing end-to-end event planning and regional marketing programs
- Experience within the technology, VAR, IT services, cybersecurity, or channel partner ecosystem
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring program ROI
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, customers, and technology partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% throughout the Central region
- Must be based in the United States
