Job Summary

Field Marketing Manager, Benelux responsible for driving pipeline and bookings growth across the region. Own end-to-end regional marketing strategy, including integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, content, email, social, webinars, and events. Analyze Salesforce and marketing performance data to understand pipeline health and campaign effectiveness. Manage regional marketing budgets to maximise ROI and build strong partnerships with sales teams, BDRs, and regional stakeholders to address pipeline gaps. Lead Bullhorn’s presence at industry events, trade shows, roundtables, and customer-facing activities; collaborate with creative, marketing operations, demand generation, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns. Create, localise, and adapt marketing content for Dutch and English-speaking audiences; experiment with new channels and ideas, measure results, and apply learnings quickly. Share market insights and campaign performance with stakeholders across the business. Fluency in Dutch and English; experience in demand generation, field marketing, and data-driven decision making are highly valued. Bonus points for experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms, regional events programmes, SaaS/tech environments, and AI tools to improve analysis and productivity.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and dashboards
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Strong partnering with sales teams and regional stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
  • Comfort with managing regional marketing budgets
  • Experience with marketing operations or external agencies
  • Experience with content creation and localisation for Dutch/English audiences

  • Experience managing regional events programmes and industry trade shows is a plus
  • Experience in SaaS/technology or fast-paced B2B environments is a plus
  • Ability to create localised content for Dutch and English-speaking audiences
