Responsible for cross-functional logistics, on-site execution, post-event performance tracking, and delivering measurable results through data-driven campaigns. Requires 2–4 years in event coordination/field marketing, CRM/lead capture experience, strong analytics, exceptional organizational skills, and a willingness to travel; NY-based with a 3x weekly NYC office visit.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, field marketing, or developer relations
- Proficiency with AI tools for scaling marketing efforts
- Experience using CRM and lead capture tools
- Strong data reporting and analytical skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to travel and attend events in person
