Job Summary
Lead the UKI Field Marketing efforts by designing and executing integrated demand-generation campaigns across key industries. Own multi-channel campaign plans from concept to deployment, messaging, and content that resonate with target audiences, and oversee campaign performance through data-driven analysis and optimisation. Drive end-to-end pipeline results by tracking metrics such as pipeline progression and ACV attainment, presenting findings to leadership, and collaborating with Creative, Content, Digital, Events, PR, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure flawless execution across channels. Bring 4+ years of B2B marketing expertise in digital, events, email, paid media, and ABM, with a track record of developing net-new marketing strategies that impact enterprise pipelines, including budget management and ROI forecasting. Preferred: direct experience with Salesforce products (Marketing Cloud) and an MBA or MSc or equivalent advanced experience in marketing strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing complex, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
- experience with integrated demand generation campaigns
- experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting ROI
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- MBA or MSc or equivalent advanced experience in marketing strategy
- preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
