Job Summary

Field Marketing Lead for South Asia responsible for owning the intersection of top account marketing and marketing program management. Drives executive engagement with top enterprise accounts, orchestrates the region's marketing operating rhythm across India and ASEAN, plans and executes executive events, leadership forums, and innovation briefings for strategic accounts, and manages cross-functional cadences, pipeline reviews, and communications to keep the South Asia marketing organization aligned and moving. Key activities include identifying priority accounts, mapping stakeholders, building engagement plans aligned to pipeline objectives, driving the marketing cadence (weekly meetings, pipeline reviews, multi-country business reviews), assigning and tracking action points from leadership forums to closure, and preparing executive briefings, joint planning decks, and country plans in collaboration with leadership. Required capabilities include exceptional stakeholder management, strong program management, ability to synthesize complex data into executive narratives, and an analytical mindset to track KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise technology, spanning field marketing, account marketing, or marketing operations
  • Demonstrated track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder marketing programs
  • Experience driving executive engagement programs — C-suite events, leadership forums, roundtables — with measurable pipeline impact
