Field Marketing Lead responsible for the execution of localized marketing campaigns across assigned markets, coordinating with site leaders and regional teams, managing calendars and materials, and tracking performance metrics; role involves cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, post-event/post-launch analysis, and contributing to playbooks while traveling to field locations as needed to support marketing activation and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, retail, or field operations preferred
- Experience in multi-location, retail, franchise, or service-based environments a plus
- Strong execution and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communicator with strong follow-through
- Willingness to travel to field locations as needed
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a broader field marketing role
