Field Marketing Data Analyst

Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain tracking frameworks for field marketing, digital marketing, sales, and PR initiatives while ensuring correct data flow and integration across CRM, marketing automation, and event platforms. Validate data quality, consistency, and completeness across all reporting sources, then measure ABM programme performance at account level and analyze trends, anomalies, and performance drivers by campaign, region, and channel. Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting and automate repetitive analysis, generating faster, data-driven insights for Sales and Marketing leadership. Work onsite in Bucharest four days a week (Monday–Thursday) with remote work on Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a data analyst, marketing analytics, or business intelligence role with a strong understanding of commerce or B2B SaaS industry
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Proficient in HubSpot and hands-on experience in marketing automation, data models and marketing platforms (e.g. Zapier, Clay, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics workflows
- Hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution in a B2B context
- English: Full professional proficiency
