Job Summary
Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience across Monte Vista, Diamond Bar East, Mattos Ranch, and Camden Shire communities. Manage the full event process from planning and coordination to onsite execution and post-event follow-up while ensuring signage, collateral, and digital listings align with brand standards. Handle data entry and reporting on traffic trends, review online listings, evaluate sign routes, and share weekly insights with leadership. Additionally, manage marketing inventory and vendors, support photography and video needs, assist with community launches and closeouts, and ensure information centers remain visitor-ready. This field-based role activates national campaigns locally, improves community presentation, and provides insights that help drive sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
- Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
- Creativity and an eye for presentation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
- Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings and weekends for events
- Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community
