Field Marketing Associate

Field Marketing Associate focused on building and deepening relationships with architects, interior designers, and related professionals across the Southeast region. Drive platform awareness, adoption, and loyalty through in-person engagements, firm visits, events, trainings, and personalized outreach; lead virtual platform demos and trainings, onboard members, and plan local/regional events from end-to-end. Develop engagement plans to convert key influencers and high-value firms into power users, track territory KPIs, surface insights, and collaborate with leadership to align marketing and product strategies in the region. Bring 2–5 years of field marketing, brand representation, or community engagement experience, with a proven ability to plan and execute events and trainings that move metrics, and a data-first approach. Comfort with approximately 80% regional travel, self-managed calendar, and strong relationship-building skills within the architecture and design community. A design-curious credibility in A&D and a proactive, adaptable attitude within a fast-growing company.
